Ever wondered what to buy when you're grocery shopping?  Feel a little lost in certain sections?  Curious about what labels to look for or avoid?  

You will have a choice of touring any of the local grocery stores for up to one hour with me.  I will personally guide you and educate you on healthy options and what to look for when making the healthiest and best possible purchases.
